Position: Production Worker

Location: Ōtāhuhu

Shifts: Monday to Friday 6am to 3.30pm

Rate: $23.70ph + Holiday Pay

Job Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Workers to contribute to our manufacturing team. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in different areas such as assembling - framing using hot glue and nail guns, Producing and rolling foam, and assisting with heavy lifting if given the opportunity to work in dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble framing components using hot glue and nail guns.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Roll foam according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with heavy lifting as needed in dispatch operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with hot glue and nail gun operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
