We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Operator to join our dynamic team and lead the night shift!

Location: East Tāmaki

Shift: Monday to Friday 10.45pm to 7.15am (some weekends)

Rate: $25.00 per hour + Annual Leave

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot various production machines with precision and expertise.

Ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining top-notch quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to develop and implement production plans.

Assist in employee training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in machine operation and troubleshooting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Ability to work night shifts.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
